I haven't written in a really LONG time, but I have been in a lot of serious conversations recently that have prompted me to think about previous things I have written (on my computer, not on the blog) and I thought I would share a few today.
I am originally from Madison, WI and the oldest of three siblings. I consider my family and friends to be a huge blessing in my life. In the past five years, I have renewed my faith in God. He has given me his love and grace, and is helping me learn to love and serve others well where ever I am in life. I am currently getting my Ph.D. in speech and hearing sciences with a focus on autism research - and I will be over 30 when I finally finish - crazy! I feel so lucky to have found a passion in my career and to have this opportunity to go back to school.
Words to describe me (in alliteration): optimistic and outgoing; curious, caring, and quirky; hopeful and hungry.
Things I love: personality tests, trivia, fall, hooded sweatshirts, polka dots, ice cream, beer, The Office, and Jim Halpert.
